Paul is the founder, and former co-owner and CEO of Plant Assessor, a digital risk assessment and machinery compliance software solution (now Ideagen Plant Assessor). Paul spent 10 years working in the construction industry, and 5 years in the machinery supply industry where he developed a deep knowledge about mobile plant and machinery compliance. The seed for Plant Assessor was planted back in 2002 when Paul was inspired to invent a product with one goal in mind, to provide a simple solution to a difficult obligation. Paul’s understanding of Australian standards, regulations and legislation relating to machinery, safety and compliance is second to none, allowing him to develop the IP behind Plant Assessor, a unique and innovative software solution which now has close to 40,000 users across Australia and New Zealand. Paul focused his energy into his visionary role for the company for 19 years, maintaining Plant Assessor’s innovative status.
