Matt completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Finance, has completed his Chartered Accountants qualification, as well as an MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management. Prior to Ideagen Plant Assessor, Matt gained extensive experience in general management of heavy industrial, manufacturing and distribution businesses. Matt spent 8 years in Insolvency with Coopers and Lybrand/ PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), then spent 4 years as General Manager of Industrial Galvanizers Corporation, and 4 years as Regional Manager at Onesteel Metaland. It was during his time in the steel industry that Matt developed a deep understanding of workplace health and safety management and behavioural safety management.
