So, here’s how it works …
STAGE 1 – USE THE PRE-START PLUS APP & PLANT ASSESSOR FREE
Ditch the pre-start books, save time and money, 24/7 machine visibility which can be shared with others.
• Add unlimited machines and users onto your profile
• Free, shareable digital pre-start checks
• Capture machine hours
STAGE 2 – SHARE KEY INFORMATION
Store and selectively share machine, site and company information with your staff and your customers. Significantly reduce paperwork and know that everyone who needs to know, does know! The maximum cost $4 per month, per machine, pick and choose which machines to pay for which includes:
• Centralised storage of machine information (Registrations, Certificates, Assessments, SWMS and more)
• Access to data on specific machines and equipment types (e.g. SWMS for use of excavator, inspection report for a telehandler)
• Sharing machines and associated documents to your clients and clients and sites.
STAGE 3 – MASTERING MACHINERY SAFETY COMPLIANCE
Take control of machinery management and safety compliance by using Plant Assessor’s unique and unrivalled risk assessment process and safe operating procedures for your machinery. The maximum cost is $9 per machine, per month (minimum 12 months) for:
• Unlimited risk assessments
• Machine specific SOPs
• A host of dashboards, scheduling and other management tools to help you manage your fleet
STAGE 4 – SITE AND CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT
The perfect way to ensure contractor machine compliance on your sites. Set up your public site and share site requirements and information with complete transparency of all of your own equipment and all contractor equipment including service status and history, policies, procedures and other information.
