Tim Wilson - Professional Services Consultant
Background: I was born in Manly but grew up on the Central Coast, where I went to Tumbi High School, I played rugby league and roller hockey.
Career: I joined the Australian Army in 2005 and have served in Solomon Islands and Afghanistan. After the Army, I became a personal trainer at a Muay Thai gym on the Central Coast.
Outside work: I am married and have a daughter currently in the Air Force. I also have a dog named Jet. I am passionate about cars and motorcycles and spend my time working on them or driving or riding.
Robert Isaac - Business Development Representative
Background: I was born at Mona Vale but my family’s from South Africa. We moved over just before I was born. I’ve always been into art in one way or another whether it's music or drawing or painting; music is my primary “artistic outlet”. I've played in heaps of bands at heaps of different venues throughout the years.
Education: I left school and studied at a music institution when I was 17 and learnt a lot about writing, recording and performance.
Career: My first job was at JB HI-FI. My last job before joining Plant Assessor was at Oz Design Furniture. I ordered and delegated a lot of custom furniture changing everything from fabrics, wood finishes and even dimensions of all kinds of furniture.
Outside work: My weekends usually consist of laying down some music, going for a skate to the beach and having a cheeky Denzel Frothington with some mates.
Charmaine Edirisinghe - Revenue Operations Coordinator
Background: I am half-Filipino and half-Sri Lankan, but I was born and raised in UAE. I am the eldest and have 2 younger sisters, who are based in the Philippines with my parents. I was a former competitive swimmer and cheerleader at university.
Education: I did my Bachelors in International Business in the Philippines, and I recently graduated with an MBA from the University of Newcastle.
Career: I have over 10 years of work experience exploring different career paths. I started my career as a fraud specialist and investment banker with some of the biggest brands and later on, found myself working for the United Nations and handling their marketing team. Now, here I am on a new adventure with Revenue Operations.
Last job: I was previously working with Aircall as a Marketing Associate handling all their events, tradeshows, customer shows, and company-wide events.
Outside work: I’m not married, but I have a partner, who I met at uni and we both are huge dog lovers. I do have 5 dogs, who are with my family in the Philippines. On weekends, you would find me either in the kitchen discovering a new recipe or at the gym/dance studio.
