While everyone at Plant Assessor has their own job to do, we’re all happy to pitch in and help out when needed. Everyone in the office will answer the phone, from the Customer Success Team through to the Managing Director. If we can’t fix your problem personally, we’ll enlist other members of our team & find a solution. Customer service is not a job description, it’s a team effort.
