We’ll find a way to set up your memberships and users the way that works for you regardless of the size of your business. Take ‘Sally’ who manages the admin for her husband and two sons, each with their own business. We were able to give Sally access to all three memberships under separate company names using just one set of login details. She was ecstatic with how easy it all was.

Reliability

Whatever your question, problem or issue we make it our priority to answer or resolve.  We monitor and review all customer enquiries multiple times a day, to make sure we keep up to date and have an answer or resolution as soon as possible for you.

We geek out on safety too:
Do you get overly enthusiastic about the idea of safety software that makes compliance easy? We’re right there with you! We get excited every time we show a customer the particular Plant Assessor feature that we know is going to save them tons of time and make their day-to-day safety processes simpler.

Attitude

We’re here to help:
No task is too big or too small, and there are no stupid questions! We’re here to assist you in whatever way we can, whether it’s fixing a typo on your machine VIN or arranging for one of our Field Officers to come out and assess your whole fleet. Our goal is to make managing your safety compliance as stress free as possible, so don’t be a stranger – if there’s any way we can make your life easier, just ask.

Teamwork

We work together:
While everyone at Plant Assessor has their own job to do, we’re all happy to pitch in and help out when needed. Everyone in the office will answer the phone, from the Customer Success Team through to the Managing Director. If we can’t fix your problem personally, we’ll enlist other members of our team & find a solution. Customer service is not a job description, it’s a team effort.
